Cleaning and facility professionals in the Las Vegas Valley and beyond will see five industry leaders recognized as ISSA names its 2026 Achievement Awards honorees. The honorees will be celebrated November 17 at the ISSA Spotlight Event and Awards ceremony in Las Vegas.
Why it matters
The awards spotlight people who shape how cleaning and facility work is done, a sector with a large footprint in a convention-driven city. Honoring leaders from manufacturing, distribution and service companies puts local readers on notice of the people behind the products their own facilities depend on.
ISSA named five honorees, and the Rising Star recipient is one of 30 members of the 2026 Class of ISSA Emerging Leaders. Harvard Maintenance's workforce grew from about 80 employees to more than 12,000 under its current owner, a scale the announcement highlights without a sector-wide comparison.

Beyond the Strip
The November ceremony follows the same annual cycle the ISSA Achievement Awards have run for years, tying the honors to ISSA Show North America in Las Vegas. This year's class adds a Trainer of the Year honor in its second year and continues the program's focus on people rather than products.
If you work in facility maintenance or buy cleaning supplies, the November 16-19 show at Mandalay Bay will bring extra traffic and crowds to the Strip area. Expect busier hotels and convention routes that week.
